Galaxy Academy has a host of tournaments and leagues that are a major contributor to a players development.

Many countries invite Galaxy FC for exhibition matches against their national teams due to the clubs reputation that Galaxy has developed over the years

GOLD COAST INTERNATIONAL

 

GOLD COAST SPORTS AND LEISURE CENTRE

The Gold Coast International Cup is the marquee event in the Australian Futsal Calendar. The tournament is a representative regional competition with representative teams from All over Australia, New Zealand, The Pacific Islands, and Asia all competing to see which Association will be crowned as the “Gold Coast International” Champions.

The tournament is aimed at the best futsal players from each FFA Futsal Association in the following age groups:

Boys: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Youth(u19)

Girls: 9, 11, 13, 15, Youth(u17)

Open Age: Men, Women, Masters(over35’s)

The Gold Coast International Futsal Cup is the Australasian qualifying tournament for The World Futsal Championship. The Partnership between The Queensland Futsal League and The United Futsal Association has grown from strength to strength since founded in 2015.

WORLD FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

ORLANDO FLORIDA, USA

 

The event stands as the largest international youth futsal tournament in the world; providing players with the rare opportunity to be seen by professional coaches and scouts. In 2014, FC Barcelona coaches extended an invitation to an American player from Dallas to go on trial with the club.

The world’s biggest futsal event brings teams, fans and referees from across the world to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando Florida each July. Teams from all over the world in categories from 8 – Adult for both Men’s and Women’s teams.


The two finalists in each age group at the Gold Coast International will be invited to represent their region on the world stage against clubs from all over the world.
Featured on ESPN SportsCenter, the event stands as the largest international youth futsal tournament in the world; providing players with the rare opportunity to be seen by professional coaches and scouts.

JOHNNY WARREN
CHAMPIONS OF CHAMPIONS

COOMERA SPORTS CENTRE

The Johnny Warren Champions Cup is a regional competition which fulfills the second stage of the Football Queensland Futsal Player Pathway. This elite Competition is organised in order to provide for Players, Cooches and Team Officials who have been identified as being the best in their local competition in which they can further develop their skills.

The tournament is aimed at the best club teams from each FFA Futsal Club to compete in this prestigious annual event for the title of “Champion Of Champions”. This annual event is by invitation only and is not open to all teams.
Age groups to be competing are 8s, 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s & Youth(16-18)

QLD F-LEAGUE

VARIOUS CENTRES IN BRISBANE, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast

 

The competition is the premier futsal league in Queensland and forms an essential part of the state’s pathway for futsal players.

Senior men and women competitions are underpinned by junior boys teams across Under 12s, Under 14s, Under 16s and Youth Men (17-19) and junior girls for Under 13s, Under 15s and Under 17s.

 

NORTHERN STATE LEAGUE

GOLD COAST * BYRON BAY * COFFS HARBOUR * PORT MACQUARIE * GOONELLABA,

 

The Northern State League is an annual 5-round Elite Futsal League between North Coast Futsal, Just Futsal NSW, Galaxy FC and East Coast Eagles. It is held  approximately once a month between June and September being an integral part of the Galaxy Academy Program. ​​

Junior teams across Under 8s, Under 10s, Under 12s, Under 14s and Youth Men (15-17). 

Matches will played in a home carnival format and the top four teams from each division clash in a finals weekend
